Shipping Policy

We get your Blooming Teas to you fast! Generally we will send your goodies out to you the same day we receive your order and then depending on location, should arrive to you within 1-3 days after courier pick up.

We use Pass The Parcel (Post Haste) to send most of our orders and also NZ Post for Australia and some NZ destinations

Return & Exchange Policy

As we provide perishable goods, we do not provide an exchange policy. Although if you are unhappy with the quality of our teas (very unlikely), we are happy to provide a refund on the return of the products so we can check out the issue.
