Blooming Teas & Botanicals
Our Blooming Teas are green tea leaves which wrap around a beautiful bouquet of botanicals and the resulting flavour is a mellow green tea that takes on an ever slight hint of the flowers within

Each tea ball makes 6-10 cups of pure bliss which can be enjoyed in one sitting or over a few days and can be made in any heat resistant jug/cup/glass - even a wine glass or beer glass!

Blooming Teas

-
For the perfect brew, we recommend a tea cup or tea pot with a minimum 8cm width and tall enough to pour enough water at least 10cm high (remember the ball needs room to unfurl!). But you can use any vessel - a jug or even a wine glass!
-
Pop the Blooming Ball into your vessel and pour 100deg (boiling) fresh water slowly over the ball
-
Sit back and watch the ball unfurl and your flowers grow over 2-3 minutes
-
If the ball doesn't sink to the bottom after 2-3 minutes, give the vessel a little swirl/jig to release any air bubbles that may be trapped inside the ball
-
leave another 2-3 minutes (or to your taste) for your preferred steep
-
Each tea ball can make up to 6-10 cups and can be enjoyed again by refilling with more hot water or store in the fridge for another sitting

Storing in the Fridge
-
Remove the unfurled ball from the vessel and discard any water.
-
Pop the ball into a clean container and place into the fridge until next time
-
When ready to use again, just refill with hot water and seep until your desired taste
-
Best used within 1-3 days
